Myth vs. Reality (What is a Labyrinth?)A Sacred Path, Not a Puzzle
Dating back over 4,000 years across universal cultures, the labyrinth transcends specific doctrines, philosophies, and traditions. It stands as a profoundly inclusive, non-denominational practice designed to meet you exactly where you are and gently guide you to where you wish to go. |
| RELEASE (Purgation): The Path Inward As you step onto the threshold and begin walking toward the center, use each step to consciously quiet your mind. Let go of the outside world, breathing out stress, worries, old stories, or anything that no longer serves your highest state of being. |
| RECEIVE (Illumination): The Turning Center When you arrive at the heart of the path, stop and find stillness. Stay in the center for as long as your soul desires. Open your heart to invite quiet insight, creative intuition, deep healing, or simply a long sigh of relief. |
| RETURN (Union): The Path Outward As you turn to follow the exact same path back out into the world, step with a renewed sense of purpose. Ground the clarity, balance, and peace you found in the center, ready to express it actively in your daily life. |

Our Origins: Co-Creating the CanvasThe beautiful, in-house Chartres Labyrinth replica at our center found its way to the island through a collective labor of love. Sparked by the shared vision of Dr. Rita and Dr. Patrick Feren, the canvas was hand-painted through the stunning artistry of Isha Doellgast and the dedicated coordination of Melissa Mojo. |
