The Prom follows Emma Nolan, a high school student in Indiana who wants to attend prom with her girlfriend, Alyssa Greene. When community opposition threatens to cancel the prom, four struggling Broadway performers—Dee Dee Allen (Meryl Streep), Barry Glickman (James Corden), Angie Dickinson (Nicole Kidman), and Trent Oliver (Andrew Rannells)—travel to Indiana to support Emma's fight for acceptance. Through humor, music, and heart, the film celebrates authenticity, inclusion, and the courage to be yourself.
