Taught by Rita Andriello-Feren, this is a playful, experiential class that invites participants to practice presence, deep listening, empathy, creativity, focus, choice, and freedom through the art of improv in a supportive, inclusive, and laughter-filled environment.

Who Is This For?

  • Anyone seeking a fun, engaging way to build presence and connection
  • Those curious about improv, play, or creative exploration
  • People who learn best by doing rather than sitting and listening
  • Anyone longing for more ease, confidence, and aliveness in daily life

Rita Andriello-Feren is a longtime teaching artist, theater director, and facilitator who brings decades of professional experience in performance, storytelling, and creative expression into her work. With roots in theater, improvisation, and experiential learning, Rita creates playful, heart-centered spaces where people feel safe to take risks, listen deeply, and discover their authentic voice. Her teaching weaves together presence, embodiment, compassion, and creativity—inviting participants to grow in confidence, connection, and aliveness both on and off the “stage” of life.
