CHAIR YOGA!

 A wonderful opportunity to care for your body temple, mind and heart. We are moving through gentle asanas guided by your breath.

  • We begin with a beginner’s mind. Everyone is welcome including those with no yoga experiences.
  • What to Bring: - Water bottle - Two towels – Wear comfortable clothing –
  • No need to sign in; just show up .
